I invited Sebastian onto the pod to discuss his sciatic pain shooting down his leg. We also discussed fatherhood, how he felt being on Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee with Jerry Seinfeld, the rise of illness in our kids' schools, and toxic masculinity.

Today we talk about his health, how he's never touched an alcoholic beverage in his life yet attended many AA meetings, his exercise routine, and the countless ways in which he's overcome adversity to continue speaking his truth.

We talked about chronotypes, or the category of sleeper you may fall into. It turns out, whether you're an early riser or a night owl might not actually be your "fault", and in fact it may have been something you were born with.

When Marques isn't producing tech content out of his studio in New Jersey, he actually plays professional frisbee. I not only asked him about his thoughts on all things tech (wearables, crypto, his own line of products, etc.) but his personal life as well.
